Professional Suede, leather, and Sheepskin
Specialist Dry Cleaning Services are
recommended to give you the best advice and
results. We do not recommend cleaning
garments too often as the process can remove
the skins 'finishes' and leave the garment
looking 'washed out'.
Garments over two years old can really
benefit from cleaning to keep them in prime
condition and prolong their life. Cleaning
of these garments can make natural
imperfections more apparent and any
differences between panels may appear more
obvious.
Colour Dye-Fastness
New
eco-friendly Tanning Laws introduced
recently by the EEC have slightly reduced
dyefastness with the darker colours i.e.
black and brown. Hence you may experience a
slight displacement of colour when the
garment is new. It is therefore advisable to
wear darker underclothing initially.

Care
Tips for Suede Leather and Sheepskin.

Let wet skins dry naturally
on a hanger.
Never leave your garment near a hot radiator
since this may cause it to stiffen or
shrink. Always store the garment away from
direct sunlight, which may cause fading.
Never cover it with plastic sheeting. Don't
attempt to treat stains with cold water or
chemical cleaning agents as this can cause
permanent damage. Be aware that skins can
"relax" or shrink slightly with cleaning,
but will stretch back with wear.

Fake Furs, Fabric Gilets and
Fur Trims

A light brush with a soft bristle brush
will revive fur and keep it looking good

Dry Clean Only and they will come up
like new.

DO NOT Machine or Hand Wash.

Chiffon Scarves and Charms
Hand
Wash Only. No need to remove acorns since we
have made them washable. But they are
delicate. They are hand-made by us so just
squeeze out gently in the basin and a medium
iron should suffice.

For stains
use a wet bar of soap and rub it onto the
stain to loosen the spot before washing.

Terms
and Conditions

Orders and Made-to-Measure items are subject
to 10% Surcharge and a 50% deposit. They
will be despatched within 21 days when
possible. Items not available from stock we
aim to despatch within 60 working days.
However at certain times when working to
maximum output we retain the right to delay
delivery to a date convenient to us the
Supplier.

There will be no charge on Order
Cancellations received within 7 days.
Thereafter cancellations will be subject to
an administration fee deductable from the
deposit. All cancellations will be subject
to incurred Credit Card costs.

Payment. Credit Card details will be taken
at time of Order. Payment plus postage will
be deducted on dispatch to the customer.
Prices are InclusIve of 17.5% VAT and quoted
In Sterling. All Made-to-Measure. Orders.
Returns. S.O.R.. Refunds. and Exchanges are
subject to Postage and Packing and Incurred
Credit Card costs, payable by the customer.
Invoices are subject to a 7 day
Remittance/Return Agreement. Statements are
not sent. Payment made outside these Credit
Terms will be subject to Interest (Interest
Act 1998) and administration costs of £15
per Reminder Letter.

Due
to the nature of the material/product prices
may unavoidably be subject to change.

Refunds will only be made on Faulty goods or
on written/agreed Sale or Return Items.
These must be within 7 days of Purchase or
Date of Postage. Any other Refunds will be
at the discretion of The KC Collection and
subject to a surcharge of 15%.

For
Insurance purposes we recommend postage by
Special Delivery available through the Post
Office. Returned garment remain the property
of the customer until signed for and
received by us.

We
recommend that all garments are Specialist
Dry Cleaned. We cannot accept responsibility
for any Items damaged by misuse or by
cleaning other than by our recommendation.

Natural Materials All Tanning abides by EEC
Rules and Regulations. We cannot be
responsible for movement of colour In the
darker skins or texture differentiation
between batches of skins.

We will
endeavour to supply all goods within the above
Terms. All garments are subject to availability.
Due to the nature of the product and
circumstances outside of our control it may not
be possible to fulfil all orders. For this we
apologise.
